Cut - off shorts can be found anywhere ! You can even go to any local thrift store buy a pair of old jean to cut up or look right in your closet for a pair of old jean and cut them in shorts ! Cut-off shorts have been the thing for the past year so keep enjoying these 80s style jeans. ;)
