Listening is the key of communication , and I believe everyone have a problem with listening especially when people are arguing or very exciting about a conversation. Sometimes you just have to give people your full attention and just let them talk. I bet the whole conversation will go smoothly.
I can honestly say , I can have the issues of over talking people or just not listening at all and it always kick me in the butt at the end. I am working on listening more .
